Vancouver’s Chambar Restaurant stands strong and celebrates 20 years this fall
It’s been four years since COVID-19 breached our shores, and we’re still picking up the pieces from the pandemic. While some industries have been successful in moving on, others have not been so fortunate. Among them is the hospitality sector, where restaurants are still fighting to stay open and afloat in the face of increased costs in everything from food to interest rates, and customers tightening wallets in response to the inflation on just about everything.
Vancouver’s Chambar Restaurant has been through it all over the last four years and has come out the other side thanks to careful planning and foresight. And this fall, they will celebrate 20 years as a standout in the city’s culinary scene.
