Celero sold to CGI

Credit Union Central of Manitoba, SaskCentral, and Alberta Central sell IT provider.

Credit Union Central of Manitoba (CUCM), Credit Union Central of Saskatchewan (SaskCentral), and Credit Union Central of Alberta (Alberta Central) reached an agreement to sell Celero, an IT solutions provider serving credit unions and financial institutions, to CGI - the global IT and consulting firm.
